We are so excited to be launching our brand new online church engagement platform! This is taking the place of our previous member system, ACS and Church Life. Find a few helpful tips below on how to start using just a few of all the amazing things this system can do!
One of the things we love about this system is how accessible it is! Use it on your computer, tablet, or phone but our favorite feature is being able to access it through our brand new app! This app combines the features of both our previous West U Methodist app and Church Life. It is a one-stop shop for information, accessing to our live stream, taking sermon notes, sending messages to your Sunday School class or Small Group, checking in for events, registering for upcoming events, and so much more!
Logging in
If you had an account with our old system, then you should’ve already received an email about a new account being set up. Use the links in that email to start setting up your new account. If you are new and would like to begin setting up an account, click here to get started!
Please note, for those that had accounts in our old system, with the data migration we did, your First Name, Last Name, email address, and phone number must match what was in the old system for it to find your profile. If you can’t remember that information, please let us know and we will help you out.

Once you have successfully logged in, you can start editing your profile. You can change your photo, contact information, etc. Are you moving? Simply update your address! Just make sure to click “save” once you’ve made your edits. It’s that easy!
This system has more security features, and it is up to you to decide how much of your information to share with others in the congregation. Simply go to your profile, click "actions", select "privacy settings", and then select what information you would like shared and with whom. Just make sure to click "apply" after you've made your selections to save them!
