Confirmation
Confirmation is a time of personal introspection and exploration of a person's place in life in connection with Jesus Christ. The purpose of the confirmation process is to provide participants with the knowledge, resources, and guidance needed to make a personal decision to enter into a lifelong relationship with God through Christ. Confirmation also serves to prepare confirmands to become active members of the United Methodist Church.
During the confirmation process, we will cover a variety of topics, related to the Christian faith in general and the United Methodist denomination specifically. Each week's lesson will be taught by a staff member with weekly accountability and guidance provided by an adult mentor as well.
