Attached is the Application for Re-enrollment Form for your child to continue as a student at West U Methodist School for the 2017-2018 school year.
THE RE-ENROLLMENT FORM WITH THE PARENT’S SIGNATURE
MUST BE BROUGHT OR MAILED TO THE SCHOOL OFFICE
ON OR BEFORE FRIDAY FEBRUARY 10, 2017.
- Current Students are placed if signed form is returned by February 10, 2017 for the 2017-2018 school year.
- Application fee of $125.00 will be drafted from your Tuition Express account on February 17, 2017 and is non-refundable.
- Placement for “days requested” is by date the form is returned (this includes change of days from the student’s current schedule).
- To guarantee placement for the 2017-2018 school year, the application form must be returned by February 10, 2017. After this date, your child will be placed on the wait list.
- Fee Schedule
Admission Form for a sibling not currently enrolled will be available online February 17 starting at 8am.
