Dear students,

Click on the online Admission Application Form for the Spring 2018 semester for the School of Fine Arts.  If your adobe software supports this form, it can be filled out online and then printed. Signatures must be original and can not be filled out online.

We have limited openings in piano, please email the Interim Director before registering to ensure there is an opening.  

Admission Application Fee

  • $35.00 fee for each student will be drafted through Tuition Express.
  • Once drafted the fee is non-refundable

Application, one Tuition Express form and the Financial Agreement can be mailed to 3611 University Blvd, Houston TX 77005, or delivered during office hours Monday through Friday from 8:30am till 3:30pm for your application to be complete and considered for placement in the School of Fine Arts.

The School of Fine Arts operates on a semester tuition system. Tuition will be collected with in a lump sum payment or in two equal installments. Spring Tuition dates are January 5 and February 5.
